Last week, our Senior AI Engineer, Lewis Prince, delivered a well-received webinar on AI ethics and responsible AI adoption, titled “The Hidden Risks of AI (and How to Avoid Them)”.

As AI capabilities become increasingly embedded into tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services, the session explored why responsible AI is no longer optional for organisations working with data. Lewis focused on the practical realities of building trustworthy AI solutions, moving beyond theory to examine how ethical risks can emerge during real-world data and AI projects.

The webinar covered topics including bias in data and automation, governance considerations when using AI features in Fabric and Power BI, and how Microsoft’s Responsible AI principles can be applied in practice. Through live demonstrations and practical examples, attendees gained insight into how organisations can identify and mitigate AI risks before they become real problems.
