Hollie is Director of HR and Infosec, with 28 years' experience in technology and leadership. She's known for human-centric leadership, people development and governance, and has a strong interest in national digital skills policy. Outside of work, she's a semi-pro musician and handbag enthusiast.

Chantal plays a pivotal role in managing the company's financial health. With 30 years' experience, including running and selling her own practice, she specialises in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance. She's also a speaker, author, and enjoys gardening, audiobooks, and dog walks.

Nick works at the intersection of sales and strategy, building strong relationships and helping achieve long-term success. When he's not working, he loves travelling between the mountains and the beach, returning to his two ginger rescue cats.

Andy brings a calm, practical approach to keeping everything on track, drawing on his background as a former police officer to support audits and governance. Personally, he's devoted to his Dalmatian and life on his small farm, where the chickens keep him as busy as we do!

As Projects Director, Nick is responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation and overseeing multiple projects. Providing guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring timelines and budgets are achieved. Nick's interests out of office are travel, photography and sport.

Jeet has strong experience in data modelling and warehousing across SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric. Known for his hands-on approach, he enjoys solving complex problems and continuously building his skills. Outside work, he follows sports, lifts weights, and tackles puzzles.

Nick is a data engineering consultant who builds modern, scalable data platforms across SQL Server, Azure, and Fabric. He loves tackling complex data challenges and turning raw data into real business value. Outside work, you'll find him cycling or deep in all things automotive.

Jon is a consultant working across Data Engineering, Python, and the Power Platform, building smart, practical solutions with a hands-on approach. A natural problem solver, he balances life in data with following Shrewsbury Town, running and a dose of gaming.

Joe is a data consultant who designs and builds scalable, modern data solutions, turning raw data into insights that drive better decisions. A SQL specialist with Fabric experience, he's also a community leader and conference speaker. Off the clock: guitar, football, and cooking experiments.

Mike plays a key role in onboarding customers and delivering technical solutions, bridging requirements with hands-on development. He's known for a practical, solutions-first approach. Away from work, he's a proud Corvette owner and keeps a seriously impressive aquarium.

Lewis is a Microsoft AI MVP who builds production-ready AI and machine learning solutions across the Azure ecosystem. Passionate about automation and prediction, he's also a global speaker. When not building AI systems, he balances weightlifting with painting Warhammer miniatures, while learning Japanese.

Callum is a Senior Data Engineer and client lead for a global listed company. He specialises in Microsoft data platforms, building reliable end-to-end and near real-time solutions. Outside work he plays rugby, renovates his house, and enjoys cars, hiking and camping.

Annabel is our Marketing Manager with a passion for marketing strategy, designing graphics, and running PPC campaigns. Known for her creativity, she's also a photography lover, proud corgi owner, expert gift giver, always sporting Crocs!

Laura works with Microsoft Fabric and is known for her exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A natural puzzle solver, she loves crosswords and LEGO, and brings the same logic to her work. If you think you can collect more Pokémon than Laura, we'd be very impressed.

James is a Data Engineer, knowledgeable in building and supporting scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse and holds the DP-700 Fabric certification. Outside work, he enjoys hiking, DIY & refurb projects, most recently converting a van into a camper.

Matt is a Power BI expert who builds insightful dashboards and gets the most out of data. A confessed Pokémon fan, he loves dachshunds and has two, who graciously allow him to live in their house. He brings the same enthusiasm to his work as he does to his hobbies, including playing guitar!

Tom is known for creating clear dashboards and helping customers get the most value from their data through solution-focused support. He combines technical skill with a strong customer mindset. Away from the desk, he's into music production and films… with Interstellar topping the list.

Majid is a .NET developer focused on building reliable, high-quality software with a thoughtful and detail-driven approach. He brings strong problem-solving skills to his work, alongside interests in cycling, synthwave music, science fiction, and exploring ideas in theology and philosophy.

Luke is known for his intelligence and love of problem-solving, from complex puzzles to building tools like Power BI Sentinel. When he's not coding, he's usually running, cycling, or training for triathlons, and he also coaches children in the sport. At home, he's kept company by his dogs and cat.
