We recently opened our doors to students from Shrewsbury School for an inside look at life at the FrogPlex.

Our team spent the day showing the students what it’s really like to work in tech. We covered a wide range of roles, including Data Engineering, Power BI Development, AI Engineering, and Digital Marketing.

There’s no “one way” to get into tech, and we wanted to make sure the students knew that. We shared our own stories, discussing the different routes we took to get here:

  • Traditional University degrees.
  • Apprenticeships that offer hands-on experience.
  • Learning on the job and building skills over time.

After a tour of the office, the students gave our break room a proper “test run.” We wrapped up the visit with some friendly competition over foosball, ping pong, chess, and the arcade machine.

Giving students early exposure to digital careers is so important. We loved seeing their engagement and enthusiasm. After this day, it was pretty clear that the future of tech is in great hands.
